Voice AI API
Book restaurants on behalf of callers through Mozrest. Request each restaurant once; book it through the Booking Channel API as soon as the reservation software partner has activated it.
Overview
A Voice AI provider is a Mozrest booking channel. The restaurant inventory is not listed: you ask for a restaurant, the reservation software partner that serves it processes the request, and once the link is live the restaurant appears in your venues and can be booked with the regular Booking Channel API.
The flow has two parts:
- Request a restaurant: send its name, address and its reference in the reservation software, and track the request status.
- Book it: once the request is
live, availability and bookings work exactly as for any other channel.
