Text Customisation
The following texts can be customised per venue or globally at the RMS level. All customisable texts support localisation.

How Scope Works
- Per venue — configured individually on each venue.
- Per venue or RMS — if a venue has no custom value, the RMS-level default applies. If neither is set, the default text is displayed.
- Global — applies across all widgets.
Pre-booking Message
Displayed above the Book CTA, before the diner places the reservation. Typically used for venue policies such as cancellation terms, dress code, or minimum spend.
Payment Policies Message
Displayed when payment is required for a booking. Use it to explain deposit/guarantee terms to the diner before they proceed.
